The National Hydrometeorology Service of Azerbaijan's Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources has published the weather forecast for February 2025. According to the data, depending on atmospheric processes, February can sometimes be colder than January. However, this year the average monthly temperature is expected to be close to climate norms, and in some regions slightly higher. Precipitation is also forecast to be within normal ranges. Night temperatures will range from -1 to +6°C, with frost reaching -2...-5°C on some days. Daytime temperatures will fluctuate between +8 and +13°C, sometimes dropping to -1...-5°C. Precipitation expected within normal range (21-24 mm). Nakhchivan and adjacent regions: Temperature will be 1-4°C. Night frosts possible down to -5...-10°C, on some days reaching -13...-18°C. Daytime temperatures will stay between +3...+8°C, sometimes dropping to 0...-5°C. Precipitation forecast within 11-29 mm. Khankendi, Shusha, Goranboy and other regions: Average monthly temperature will be -2 to +2°C. Night temperatures expected from 0 to -5°C, on some days reaching -7...-12°C. Daytime temperatures will fluctuate between +3 and +8°C, sometimes dropping to 0...-5°C. Precipitation - 21-36 mm. Eastern Zangezur: Temperature will be 1-4°C. Night frosts possible down to -10...-15°C, daytime temperatures from +3 to +8°C. Precipitation forecast within 24-32 mm. Gazakh, Ganja, Agstafa and other regions: Average monthly temperature will be 3-6°C. Night frosts possible down to -5...-10°C, daytime temperatures from +8 to +13°C. Precipitation - 15-36 mm. Balaken, Zagatala, Sheki and other regions: Temperature will be 1-4°C. In mountainous areas, night frosts possible down to -15...-20°C, daytime temperatures from 0 to +5°C. Precipitation - 24-55 mm. Yevlakh, Goychay, Mingachevir and other regions: Average monthly temperature will be 4-7°C. Night frosts possible down to -3...-8°C, daytime temperatures from +7 to +12°C. Precipitation - 21-35 mm.
