Sedokova is being summoned for questioning in Latvia in the case of her husband's suicide
Russian singer Anna Sedokova is being summoned for questioning in Latvia in the case of driving her husband, basketball player Janis Timma, to suicide. This was reported by Readovka publication, citing the lawyer of the deceased's family.
The Latvian prosecutor's office believes that not all circumstances of the tragedy have been clarified. No psychoactive substances were found in the athlete's body, and relatives are demanding a repeated examination. Janis Timma committed suicide on December 17, 2024, in Moscow. After the incident, Sedokova had a nervous breakdown, was admitted to a clinic, and later filed for inheritance.
Readovka contacted the singer's lawyer, but she refused to comment on the situation. If Sedokova does not appear for questioning, she may be banned from entering Europe.
