Victoria Bonya almost drowned in the ocean
Blogger and TV presenter Victoria Bonya shared that she nearly drowned while swimming in the ocean in Costa Rica. According to her, the incident happened due to strong waves that began pulling her underwater.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Victoria Bonya's Instagram, the celebrity admitted that at some point she lost control over her breathing. According to her, one wave after another was covering her, not giving her a chance to recover and inhale enough air.
Seeing surfers nearby, Bonya raised her hand and began calling for help. At first, the young men did not immediately understand what was happening, but after the TV presenter managed to shout that she was drowning, they rushed to her. The surfers lifted her onto their board and brought her to shore.
Bonya admitted that in the critical moment, she thought she might die, but then an internal resistance and desire to fight for her life emerged. She urged her followers to be more careful and take care of themselves, especially while vacationing near the ocean.
In another video, the blogger showed the man who helped her get out of the water. According to Bonya, her savior's name is George. "This is the person who saved my life," she noted.
