Shahbaz Sharif: The US and Iran have finalized the text of the peace agreement
The United States and Iran have agreed on the final text of a ceasefire agreement, and Pakistan is currently closely engaged with both sides to finalize the signing procedure.
This was stated by Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on the social media platform X.
According to him, amid Islamabad's active mediation efforts, disinformation continues to be spread by those interested in derailing the peace process.
The Prime Minister emphasized that, despite such attempts, the parties managed to agree on the final text of the document.
"Setting aside all this information noise, we can confirm that the final agreed text of the peace deal is ready, and Pakistan is now closely working with both sides on the next steps," he stated.
Sharif also expressed confidence that an agreement is close at hand.
"Peace has never been closer than it is today," the Pakistani Prime Minister emphasized.
