Deputies from "Civil Contract" and "Strong Armenia" got into a fight in the Armenian parliament, BAKU.WS reports citing Armenian media.

Tensions flared after Speaker Ruben Rubinyan interrupted the speech of opposition "Strong Armenia" member Edgar Kazaryan, who had accused the head of the National Assembly of misusing state funds. Rubinyan stated that Kazaryan's speech was beyond the scope of the agenda and did not allow him to finish.

After that, "Civil Contract" deputy Vahe Galumyan stood up from his seat and went to confront them. He pushed "Strong Armenia" deputy Vaginak Vartanov several times, after which a scuffle broke out. Speaker Ruben Rubinyan announced a recess, and security personnel intervened.
