Solar flare activity will continue to increase on Monday, November 3.

This is reported by BAKU.WS with reference to the Laboratory of Solar Astronomy at the Space Research Institute (IKI) of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

"Space weather for November 3, 2025: the daily forecast - episodic geomagnetic disturbances are possible. Flare activity - further growth is expected," the Laboratory's message states.

According to specialists, during the previous day the geomagnetic situation remained calm, however, flare activity maintained a moderately elevated level.

The day before, scientists reported the resumption of solar flares after a two-week break. On November 2, around 5:00 Baku time, an M1.0 class flare was recorded on the eastern edge of the star.

Earlier, astronomers also noted that the active region on the far side of the Sun, which generated the highest X-class flares, began to appear on the side visible from Earth. According to experts, this part of the solar surface is "literally overflowing with energy."

In addition, on October 30, large ejections from the far side of the Sun were recorded near the equator, indicating a source located below the active center partially observable from Earth.
