Iran announced the destruction of an Amazon data center in Bahrain

Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced a cruise missile strike on a U.S. commercial facility in Bahrain.

This was reported by Iranian media.

The IRGC claims that its Aerospace Force destroyed Amazon's central data processing infrastructure with several cruise missiles.

The Corps stated that the strike was carried out in retaliation for recent U.S. attacks on civilian infrastructure in Darkhovin.

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced the destruction of U.S. military infrastructure facilities in Bahrain.

This was reported by the IRNA news agency, citing an IRGC statement.

According to the statement, the Corps' Aerospace Force carried out simultaneous missile and drone strikes during the 24th wave of "Operation Nasr-2," which hit and completely destroyed a U.S. radar station in Muharraq and a Patriot air defense system in Riffa.

The IRGC also struck Ahmed Al Jaber Air Base in Kuwait, destroying a number of military facilities. The Corps' statement indicates that the Aerospace Force hit and disabled a U.S. early warning radar, a missile defense system, an AN/FPS-117 radar station, a Patriot complex, and a satellite communications system supporting air defense at the air base.

The IRGC statement also reported strikes on two U.S. bases and a U.S. military camp in Kuwait. It specified that kamikaze drones attacked administrative buildings and radio direction-finding antennas at Camp Arifjan, a helicopter parking area at Camp Al-Udairi, as well as troop barracks at Ahmad Al Jaber Air Base.

The IRGC also stated that two oil tankers intended to pass through the Strait of Hormuz via an unsafe route and were struck by explosions as a result.

According to the statement, rescue teams are currently evacuating the crews of the affected vessels from the incident area.
