In Moscow, a 12-year-old gamer nearly strangled his mother over Counter-Strike

In Moscow's Kuntsevo district, a 12-year-old schoolboy attempted to strangle his own mother after she forbade him from continuing to play the popular shooter Counter-Strike 2. This is reported by the Telegram channel Mash.

The conflict erupted in an apartment of a multi-story building when the woman repeatedly asked her son to end his gaming session. The teenager ignored his mother's requests, and after another loss and repeated demand to finish the game, he completely lost his self-control. In a fit of rage, the young gamer attacked his parent, grabbing her by the neck and beginning to strangle her.

The woman managed to free herself from her enraged son's grip and call for medical assistance. Medics who arrived at the scene were able to calm down the aggressive teenager and recommended that the mother take the child to a psychologist or psychiatrist for professional consultation.
