Named delicious snacks that are suitable for weight loss

Many people think that healthy snacks taste like cardboard. However, this is not the case at all! The publication Eat This, Not That! reached out to Tara Collingwood, a certified sports dietitian and co-author of the Flat Belly Cookbook for Dummies, to find out which snacks really help in the fight against excess weight while pleasing the taste buds.
Greek yogurt with berries. A real treasure trove of calcium, protein, and probiotics. Add a pinch of cinnamon or flaxseeds to improve texture and taste.
Air-popped popcorn. A low-calorie snack rich in fiber. Experiment with additives: sea salt, garlic powder, or nutritional yeast will turn ordinary popcorn into a gastronomic pleasure.
Hummus with vegetables. A perfect combination! Try dipping fresh carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers, or celery in hummus.
Hard-boiled eggs. A compact source of protein and healthy fats that you can always take with you.
Apple slices with peanut butter. A satisfying combination that will provide energy for several hours.
Dark chocolate bars. A couple of pieces of chocolate with a cocoa content of 70% or more will help cope with sugar cravings and enrich the body with antioxidants.
Cheese stick. String cheese is an excellent source of protein in a compact package.
Roasted chickpeas, edamame, or beans. Rich in fiber and pair perfectly with various spices.
Cottage cheese with pineapple or cherry tomatoes. A protein bomb with an interesting flavor combination.
Seaweed snacks. A healthy alternative to chips for those who love crunchy snacks.
Frozen grapes or berries. A low-calorie treat packed with antioxidants.
Nuts. Control the portion - about 1/4 cup will be enough to get healthy fats and protein.
Protein shake. Pay attention to the label: the optimal option is no more than 200 calories and 15-30g of protein.
