The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has officially denied claims about child abductions that have recently been circulating on social media.

The corresponding statement was made in response to a request from Trend.

Representatives of the department emphasized that no criminal reports on this issue have been received by the police.

"We recommend citizens to be vigilant and not spread such unfounded information. Thorough investigations have been conducted on all allegations. No such facts have been registered," the official comment from the Ministry of Internal Affairs states.

It is worth noting that audio recordings containing information about alleged cases of child abductions have recently been circulating on social networks.
