The Ministry of Emergency Situations addressed owners of banquet halls and restaurants.

As reported by Baku.ws with reference to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the address states:

"Despite the mass educational work on fire safety conducted by the Ministry of Emergency Situations throughout the country, it should be noted that there are cases of violations in this area by a number of individuals and legal entities, which ultimately leads to severe consequences. Despite repeated warnings about the prohibition of using pyrotechnic devices and the dangers they pose, some banquet halls and restaurants continue to use these devices. The Ministry of Emergency Situations once again appeals to owners of restaurants and other public catering facilities, reminding them of the need to strictly comply with fire safety rules. The use of pyrotechnic devices is prohibited by law. The strictest measures in accordance with legislation will be taken against facilities that violate these regulations."
