A large-scale program to improve road infrastructure is starting in Sumgayit. City authorities are beginning to implement a comprehensive plan for repair and restoration works, which will significantly transform the city's transport network.

As reported by BAKU.WS, the "Housing and Communal Services Production Association" under the city Executive Authority plans to completely renew the asphalt covering on streets and in the city's microdistricts.

The capital repair of the road surface will cover both the central areas of Sumgayit and territories adjacent to residential areas. The works will be carried out using modern technologies, which will ensure the durability of road infrastructure and improve road safety.
