Azerbaijan will support the digital transformation of up to 300 companies
Azerbaijan will support the digital transformation of up to 300 companies by 2030.
As Report informs, this was stated by Azerbaijan's Deputy Minister of Economy Samad Bashirli at the German-Azerbaijani Connectivity Conference in Baku.
"For us, artificial intelligence is not a separate sector, but a horizontal platform that enhances productivity in industry, logistics, agribusiness, tourism, and export services. In accordance with the Digital Economy Development Strategy, our goal is to support the digital transformation of up to 300 companies by 2030 through the implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies via concessional loans and other support measures," he noted.
According to Bashirli, connectivity of this scale requires a clear investment model: "The public sector creates favorable conditions, infrastructure reduces risks by meeting initial demand, and private capital ensures the scaling of successful projects. Azerbaijan offers a stable foundation for this demand."
