Two large gardens of Baku have been merged

The public legal entities "Central Botanical Garden" and "Dendrological Garden" will be reorganized through transformation into LLC Mərkəzi Nəbatat və Dendrologiya Bağı under the head of the Executive Authority of the city of Baku.

As reported by BAKU.WS, the corresponding resolution was signed by Prime Minister Ali Asadov.

According to the document, the maximum number of employees of the LLC is set at 230 staff positions.

The Ministry of Economy will approve the charter of the LLC and determine the amount of the authorized capital, as well as make amendments to it.
