Yesterday, a Turkish military transport aircraft C-130 crashed in Georgia while flying from Azerbaijan to Turkey. Turkish Republic military personnel died as a result of the air disaster.

As reported by BAKU.WS, this was stated in a new issue of the Caliber.Az YouTube channel.

"Caliber.Az has received preliminary information about some details of the incident. According to preliminary data, the plane was waiting at Ganja airport for about two hours. During this period, not a single case of outside interference or attempts to approach the aircraft was recorded. On board were technical service employees who provided maintenance for F-16 fighters that participated in the military parade. They went through all standard security procedures and only after that boarded the plane.

The plane was carrying mechanical spare parts for F-16s. According to available information, there were no explosives on board. Additionally, the initial examination of the wreckage did not reveal external signs of impact. For comparison: when an AZAL passenger plane was previously shot down, the through damage to the fuselage was immediately visible. In this case, there are no such signs, which increases the likelihood of a technical cause for the crash.

According to preliminary versions, two possible causes of the crash are being considered," the material states.
