Cisco Academy May Be Established in Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan and the American company Cisco discussed cooperation opportunities in the areas of digital transformation and artificial intelligence, modernization of telecommunications infrastructure, development of data centers and the "Government Cloud," cybersecurity, and innovation.

The discussion took place during a meeting between Nabiyev and Cisco's Vice President and General Manager of Customer Experience for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, Adele Trombetta.

According to the minister, opportunities for implementing joint research and innovation projects, establishing a regional center, including a Cisco academy, as well as training specialists with digital skills were also discussed.
