The Haber Global film crew came under fire in Syria

The film crew of the Turkish TV channel Haber Global came under fire near the Syrian city of Es-Suweida.

The TV channel's correspondent Mehmet Altunishik and cameraman Alperen Ulukush found themselves at the epicenter of an armed confrontation. The journalists were preparing a report on the situation in the region when the shelling of Syrian army positions began.

Syrian government troops immediately returned fire at the attackers.

However, security in this area has not yet been fully ensured. For this reason, Haber Global employees were forced to leave the territory.
