President of Azerbaijan received Secretary General of the World Tourism Organization
On October 26, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received Secretary-General of the World Tourism Organization Sheikha Al-Nuweiss.
As reported by AZERTAC, the guest expressed gratitude to the head of state for the reception.
During the conversation, satisfaction was expressed with the cooperation between our country and the World Tourism Organization, the state-level attention given to the development of tourism in Azerbaijan was discussed, and it was emphasized that modern tourism infrastructure is being created not only in the capital but also in the regions. It was noted that all of this, as well as the stability prevailing in Azerbaijan, is of great importance for the development of tourism, and it was emphasized that Azerbaijan is an attractive country for tourists.
Issues of further cooperation were discussed at the meeting.
