President: Azerbaijan has historically and always been a multicultural country

Issues related to intercultural and interfaith relations occupy a key place on our agenda.

As reported by BAKU.WS, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev stated this in his speech at the 7th World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue.

"Azerbaijan has historically and always been a multicultural country. We are located between Europe and Asia, and for centuries Azerbaijan has served as a cultural bridge between Asia and Europe," the head of state noted.
