Ilham Aliyev: During the Second Karabakh War, representatives of all ethnic groups and religions united into an iron fist

We are indeed observing a very high level of solidarity, mutual understanding and respect. We are all united around our national ideas, one of which is Azerbaijanism. This unites all the peoples of Azerbaijan.

As BAKU.WS reports, President Ilham Aliyev said this in his speech at the VII World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue.

Emphasizing that this unity manifested itself at the most difficult stages of our independence history, the head of state noted that during Armenia's military aggression and occupation of Azerbaijan, including during the Second Karabakh War, representatives of all ethnic groups and religions rallied together into an iron fist. "This is the symbol of our victory," the President of Azerbaijan added.
