President: Azerbaijan's experience can contribute to the resolution of some conflicts

Today we observe new wars breaking out. We face this almost every year.

As reported by BAKU.WS, President Ilham Aliyev stated this in his speech at the 7th World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue.

Speaking about Azerbaijan's experience in ending wars, the head of state noted: "We emerged from the war as victors, and our struggle was just. After the enemy capitulated, we did not advance further but stopped and offered peace." Emphasizing that this experience should be studied and that warring parties should analyze it, the President said that the precedent we have created may prove to be very valuable and serve as a solution to some conflicts."
