Popular performer Philipp Kirkorov, who celebrated his 58th birthday at his country house, may face administrative liability due to a large-scale fireworks display. Social media is actively circulating numerous videos of the impressive fireworks that thundered in Krasnogorsk in honor of the artist's birthday. The scale of the pyrotechnic show amazed local residents.

"It was booming at the level of the 12th floor. The whole city was watching, it was visible from 5 kilometers away," network users share their impressions.

After this incident, Krasnogorsk residents began calling for a complete ban on fireworks in Moscow and the Moscow region.

Lawyer Vadim Bagaturiya, in a comment to KP.ru, explained the legal aspect of the issue: "If the event was approved, and I have no doubt about that, then Kirkorov will definitely not be held liable. If the fireworks were illegal, then the singer faces a fine of 5 thousand rubles, and the company that provided the service - 500 thousand."

At the moment, Philipp Kirkorov himself has not commented on the situation.
