Popular dish that cannot be reheated twice

Many of us are used to reheating yesterday's dinner without thinking about possible consequences. However, doctors and nutrition experts warn: some popular dishes can become dangerous to health when reheated. One of these is potatoes.
According to dietitians, when reheated, potatoes lose their beneficial properties and can become a favorable environment for bacterial growth, particularly Clostridium botulinum, which causes botulism. This is especially dangerous if the dish was stored at room temperature or in a loosely covered container.
Besides potatoes, the list of "risky" foods also includes mushrooms, chicken, eggs, and rice. All of these are sensitive to temperature violations and can cause poisoning when reheated.
Doctors advise:
Always store cooked food in the refrigerator, don't leave it on the table for more than two hours.
Reheat food only once and to a temperature not lower than 75°C.
If a dish raises doubts - it's better to discard it than risk your health.
