Dilapidated buildings will be demolished in two districts of Baku

Demolition of emergency buildings with expired service life begins in two more districts of Baku.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to iqtisadiyyat.az, this time the demolition will be carried out in the Sabunchi and Surakhani districts of the capital.
According to the information, in the Sabunchi district, the work will cover emergency buildings at the following addresses: Babek St., building 23, M. Frunze St., building 16, 6th Myadan St., building 38, Y. Mamedaliyev St., building 32; and in the Surakhani district - at the address Kh. Alekperov St., building 87.
The Center for Territorial Construction and Planning under the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture has already begun preparing the design and estimate documentation necessary for organizing the work.
Note that earlier, preparation began for the demolition of emergency buildings with expired service life at the addresses: Aga Neymatulla St., building 13 and Demiryol St., building 19 in the Binagadi district, as well as Oxygen St., building 1 and Marat Amirkhanov St., building 14 in the Khatai district of the capital.
