Have cigarettes become more expensive in Azerbaijan?

The manufacturing company has refuted information circulated in some media and social networks about cigarette price increases.

As reported to Oxu.Az by the company, this news does not correspond to reality.

"The information about cigarette price increases is false. We have not raised prices," the statement says.

It was also noted that cigarette price increases were recorded only in certain stores of the OBA supermarket chain, where such changes were made arbitrarily.

"Stores in the OBA supermarket chain arbitrarily raised prices. This decision has nothing to do with our pricing policy," the company explained.
