Mudflow in Khachmaz destroyed the railway track

As a result of heavy rainfall, a part of the recently built railway bridge over the Agchay River near the village of Garachi in the Khachmaz district collapsed. The incident was recorded on April 16.

As reported by BAKU.WS, the intense precipitation caused a landslide, which negatively affected the railway. As a result, a collapse occurred on a certain section of the track.

It was reported that work continues to eliminate the consequences that arose in the railway infrastructure of the Khachmaz section due to unstable weather conditions.
