Oncologist named a way to extend life

Oncologist Evgeny Cheremushkin explained how to extend life. He named ways to do this in a conversation with aif.ru.
He called the fading of the organism a natural process, but suggested looking at how the world champions in longevity - the Japanese - live. "You could say it's genetics, but diet, lifestyle, and good medical care have a greater impact. When all these components come together, a person lives longer," said Cheremushkin.
The doctor reminded that one should monitor not only physical health but also emotional state.
"Humans have a built-in life program - no more than 125 years. Everything begins to fade, it's natural," added the oncologist. He also emphasized that even many long-lived people don't reach this age.
