Movement on some streets and avenues of Baku is completely restricted

Today from 09:00 to 16:00, in connection with the "Baku Marathon 2025," traffic on some streets and avenues of the capital will be completely restricted to ensure the safety of race participants.

As reported by Oxu.Az with reference to the Main Department of the State Road Police of Baku, the marathon route will start from Flag Square, pass through the administrative territory of the Seaside Boulevard to the Sea Terminal, then through Azadlyg Square, Neftchilar and November 8 Avenues, the section of the seaside boulevard passing through Ag Sheher and the roundabout of the same name, back via Khagani Rustamov Street, past the War Trophies Park, from the intersection of Yusif Safarov and A. Jalilov Streets along Uzeyir Hajibeyli Street, Azadlyg Avenue, Z. Aliyeva and Rasul Rza Streets, Neftchilar Avenue, the "Azneft" traffic interchange in the direction of Bail settlement, along the Bibiheybat road, around the Water Sports Palace through the boulevard territory, past Baku Crystal Hall to the finish line at Flag Square.

"In connection with the organizational work of the specified competition, on May 4 from 04:00 to 16:00, traffic on part of Neftchilar Avenue (the section from the Sea Terminal to Victory Park, exits from adjacent streets and intersections to this street) will be completely restricted," the information states.
