Expired products and unsanitary conditions: what APBA discovered in the Vətən restaurant

Employees of the Food Safety Agency of Azerbaijan (FSAA) conducted an inspection at the Vətən restaurant, owned by ATJ LLC and located at: 58 Tbilisi Avenue, Narimanov district of Baku.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to the press service of FSAA, violations of sanitary-technical and sanitary-hygienic requirements in the production area were identified, as well as non-compliance with temperature regulations.
"It was also discovered that the catering establishment served products of animal origin without veterinary documents, as well as expired sausage products. Samples of processed products and meat were collected and sent for laboratory tests.
In connection with the identified facts, the activity of the warehouse and bread baking area of the facility was restricted, and an administrative protocol was drawn up against the owner," - the information states.
