Central Asia (CA) and Azerbaijan are today rightfully considered centers of growth and geopolitical interaction in Eurasia.

As Report informs, President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev stated this at the VIII Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asian Countries and Azerbaijan.

According to Tokayev, thanks to the wisdom and unity of fraternal peoples, the region maintains peace and harmony.

"Solidarity, mutual support, and trust have become our common strategic foundation, allowing us to jointly respond to the challenges of the time," he said.

The President of Kazakhstan noted that against the backdrop of growing geopolitical tensions, the transformation of the architecture of international relations, and the deepening of dividing lines, this trend is gaining particular relevance.

"Therefore, it is important to do everything possible so that our region continues to remain a space of peace, stability, and sustainable development," Tokayev emphasized.
