The war in the Middle East is entering a more dangerous phase: who will make concessions?
The longer the confrontation between the US and Iran drags on, the fewer paths remain for resolving the conflict. Washington and Tel Aviv have been asserting for several weeks that the Islamic Republic's military power has been seriously weakened. US President Donald Trump and Secretary of War Pete Hegseth claim that successive strikes have paralyzed Iran's command structure and minimized its retaliatory capabilities.
As reported by BAKU.WS, this is stated in a video material by Baku TV.
According to their calculations, the conflict should already be nearing its end. But reality looks different: the escalation is entering a more rapid, harsh, and dangerous phase.
Iran's missile strike on the Diego Garcia base in the Indian Ocean from a distance of approximately 3,800 km indicates that the war has entered a new stage. This is a previously undisclosed or recently developed military capability of Tehran. Simultaneously, Iran struck the Dimona area in Israel, which is a symbolic and strategic message related to nuclear infrastructure: the concept of "untouchable targets" no longer exists. These actions show that Tehran is not broken but is acting in a coordinated manner.
Nevertheless, an interesting question arises: if most of Iran's leadership has been neutralized, who is making the decisions now?
