Iran announced strikes on military and aerospace industry facilities in Israel
Iranian military struck facilities of major companies in Haifa and Tel Aviv.
As reported by BAKU.WS citing Tasnim, this was announced by the press service of Iran's Armed Forces.
"The Iranian Army on March 24 carried out drone strikes on the weapons company Rafael Advanced Defense Systems in Haifa and on facilities of Israel Aerospace Industries near Ben Gurion Airport, as well as on refueling aircraft at the airport," the statement said.
It should be recalled that on February 28, the United States and Israel launched a military operation against Iran, carrying out airstrikes on a number of cities. In response, Iran fired missiles at Israeli territory and also attacked American military bases in Persian Gulf countries. Due to the situation, several countries in the region temporarily closed their airspace. On the same day, Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei was killed as a result of the strikes.
