The President signed an order on military service conscription and discharge to the reserve

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan (RA) Ilham Aliyev signed an order on conscription of RA citizens for active military service from April 1 to April 30, 2025, and discharge to reserve of servicemen of active military service.
As reported by Baku.ws, the document states:
"Guided by Article 109, Paragraph 26 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, based on Articles 12.3 and 40.1 of the RA Law "On Military Duty and Military Service" and in order to staff the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby decree:
1. From April 1 to April 30, 2025, to conscript for active military service citizens of the RA born in 2007 who have reached the age of 18 by the day of conscription (including that day), as well as those born between 1995-2006, under the age of 30, who have not completed active military service, who do not have the right to defer from conscription for active military service or who are not exempt from conscription for active military service in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
2. From April 1 to April 30, 2025, to discharge to reserve servicemen of active military service who have completed their service term as provided for in Article 38.1.1 of the RA Law "On Military Duty and Military Service".
3. The Cabinet of Ministers of the RA shall take measures provided for by legislation to implement this order".
