President Ilham Aliyev expressed condolences to his Iraqi counterpart

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent condolences to the President of the Republic of Iraq Abdel Latif Jamal Rashid.

As reported by AZERTAG, the message states:

"Dear Mr. President!

We are deeply shocked by the news of numerous human casualties as a result of the fire that occurred in a shopping center in the city of Al-Kut.

Sharing your grief over this tragedy, on my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan, I express my deepest condolences to you, the families and loved ones of the victims, and the entire Iraqi people, and wish recovery to the injured.

May Allah rest their souls!"
