The President visited Khanyurdu in Khojaly and met with a group of residents who moved to the village

On July 8, President Ilham Aliyev visited the village of Khanyurdu in Khojaly district.
As reported by BAKU.WS, the head of state visited the homes of residents Rasim Javadov and Kerem Abbasov who have relocated to the village.
Note that the village of Khanyurdu is part of the Ballyjin rural administrative-territorial district of Khojaly region. In the village, 40 private houses have already been completely restored, with plans to restore another 65 private houses by the end of the year, and 93 private houses will be repaired and restored in 2026. On July 14 of this year, 33 families, a total of 122 people, returned to their native village of Khanyurdu.
Currently, necessary work is being carried out to create modern social infrastructure in the village. A 14 km long 10-kilovolt power line has been repaired and restored, the process of installing meters has begun, a gas line over 10 km long has been laid, an existing line over 4 km long has been restored, an artesian well, a 400 cubic meter water reservoir and water supply network have been repaired, a 10.4 km communication line has been installed, and subscribers have been provided with landline telephone, internet and IPTV services. More than two kilometers of roads within the village have been paved. Currently, preparations are underway for the repair and restoration of the general education institution building, and the outpatient center and market building are being completely renovated. A recreational park has been established in the village on an area of one hectare.
President Ilham Aliyev met with residents who relocated to the villages of Tezebina and Khanyurdu and talked with them.
