Young man detained in Baku for walking naked on a highway

In the Sabunchi district of Baku, a person who committed indecent acts while naked has been held accountable.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Qafqazinfo, the incident occurred in the Bilgah settlement.

The detained person turned out to be a resident of the Salyan district, S.Salimov (born in 1997, surname is conditional - ed.).

According to the conclusion of the medical examination at the Republican Narcological Center, it was established that the man had been using drugs.

He reported that he had been working as a chef in a restaurant for a long time, and immediately before the incident, he drank a cocktail at a recreation center, after which he lost control of himself.

A protocol was drawn up against S.Salimov under Articles 206 (illegal consumption of narcotic substances) and 510 (petty hooliganism) of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

He was taken to the Sabunchi District Court. The offender was fined 300 manats and released.
