President of Azerbaijan: Our policy receives support in the international arena

Hosting a climate conference bringing together nearly 200 countries was a big challenge, a great responsibility, and also a great success.

As reported by AZERTAG, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said this in an interview with Chinese TV channel CGTN.

Recalling that Azerbaijan had successfully chaired the Non-Aligned Movement, the second largest international institution after the UN General Assembly, for four years, the head of state noted: "This demonstrates that our policy based on friendship, cooperation, and non-interference in the internal affairs of any country truly finds support in the international arena. So, we can be the host for such a global international event."
