Hafiz Pashayev: ADA pays special attention to technical specialties

ADA University places special emphasis on engineering disciplines, including electrical engineering, and is interested in expanding cooperation with foreign universities.

As Report informs, this was stated by the University's Rector Hafiz Pashayev at the IEEE International Conference on Application of Information and Communication Technologies (AICT2026) in Baku.

According to him, this year the university is celebrating its 20th anniversary, as is the conference itself, which demonstrates the consistent work of scientists who have been actively participating in it for many years.

Pashayev also encouraged conference participants to get better acquainted with the university and spoke about the Azerbaijan-Italy University, which cooperates with the University of Turin.

"The university has been operating for less than five years, and next year we will already have our first graduates. It is particularly important for us that the main focus is on engineering disciplines, including electrical engineering. Therefore, we are striving to develop cooperation with many universities," the rector noted.

He emphasized that ADA University is open to collaboration, establishing new professional contacts, and implementing joint initiatives.
