The approval of uniform dress code rules for students and teachers in Azerbaijan is aimed at ensuring the principle of secular education, as well as a unified approach in the educational environment. At the same time, attempts by certain circles to tendentiously politicize the essence of the issue, shift it into a religious plane, and turn it into a subject of artificial public tension have been observed.

This is stated in a statement by the Media and Broadcasting Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

It is noted that coordinated activity on social networks is of particular concern.

"Attention is drawn to the mass dissemination through individual accounts of publications with identical or similar content, including negative comments and reactions, at short intervals, as well as calls inciting people to disturb public order. The consistent interference of a limited number of identically named accounts in numerous publications and the intensification of their activity during certain time periods give serious grounds to believe that this process is coordinated in nature, and also point to troll attacks and information manipulations managed from a single center outside the country.

The main purpose of such interference is to distort real public opinion, create the appearance of mass discontent through the artificial activity of individual accounts, divert attention from the essence of the issue, and turn the topic into an instrument for achieving certain political goals.

The Media and Broadcasting Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan urges citizens, media representatives, and social network users to exercise vigilance regarding such cases, take into account the coordinated activity of suspicious accounts, refrain from spreading manipulative content without verification, and not succumb to the influence of artificially created information waves," the statement reads.
