Czechia considers Azerbaijan an important strategic partner

The Czech Republic considers Azerbaijan a significant strategic partner.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Report, this statement was made by the Minister of Transport of the Czech Republic Ivan Bednárik during the Azerbaijan-Czech Business Forum.

"Our economic ties already rest on a solid foundation, and the transport sector represents one of the areas with the most significant potential for further expansion of joint work. Czech companies are eager to demonstrate their extensive experience, modern technologies, and genuine interest in building long-term partnerships and, possibly, future friendly relations with Azerbaijan," the minister noted.

As I. Bednárik emphasized, interconnectedness is not limited to infrastructure alone.

"It is about bringing markets closer together, building sustainable supply chains, and opening new prospects for businesses and populations — ultimately, for the citizens of both countries," he added.
