Ilham Aliyev: The rapid development of AI poses new challenges for intellectual property systems

The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI), digitalization, and other new solutions poses new challenges for intellectual property systems.

As reported by BAKU.WS, this is stated in the address of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to the participants of the II Meeting of the Heads of Intellectual Property Offices of the Member States of the Organization of Turkic States.

The address emphasizes that along with the effective use of opportunities created by technological progress, ensuring an optimal balance between reliable protection of copyright and inventors' rights, stimulation of innovation, and the interests of society is of particular importance in this process.
