Musk revealed when the early beta version of his "Wikipedia" alternative will be released

SpaceX founder and X social network owner Elon Musk announced the upcoming release of an early beta version of the new project "Grokipedia." According to the billionaire's statement on his social network X, the new information resource from xAI company will appear in just two weeks.
"Early beta of Grokipedia version 0.1 will be published in 2 weeks," Musk said.
The idea of creating an alternative to the popular online encyclopedia Wikipedia emerged amid growing criticism of the latter. Critics point to Wikipedia's existing restrictions on using certain resources as information sources, including media with Republican leanings.
American investor David Sacks noted the potential for creating an AI platform capable of "rewriting Wikipedia" taking into account all previously excluded information sources.
In response to these comments, Musk confirmed that his company xAI, responsible for the development of the Grok artificial intelligence, is already working on creating such an encyclopedia. According to the billionaire, the new resource will be free from restrictions and censorship.
Musk also emphasized that the project is being implemented "for all human knowledge," and its results will be openly accessible.
