An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.6 struck the Battalgazi district of Turkey's Malatya province.
This was reported by BAKU.WS with reference to information released by the Disaster and Emergency Management Authority of the Turkish government (AFAD).
The epicenter was located at a depth of 7 km. The tremors were also felt in neighboring areas.
