Zelensky approved the composition of negotiators for Trump's peace plan

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky approved the composition of the delegation for consultations with international partners on ending the war.

As BAKU.WS reports, this was announced by the Office of the President of Ukraine, which added that they are ready to work as quickly as possible to achieve results.

"Ukraine never wanted this war and will do everything to end it with a dignified peace. Ukraine will never be an obstacle to peace, and representatives of the Ukrainian state will defend the just interests of the Ukrainian people and the foundations of European security," the statement said.

In addition, Zelensky himself has already published decree №854/2025, which indicates which officials have been included in the delegation.

It is noted that for participation in the negotiation process with the USA and other international partners of Ukraine, as well as with representatives of the Russian Federation to achieve a fair and sustainable peace, a delegation has been formed, which includes:

Andriy Yermak - Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, head of the delegation;

Rustem Umerov - Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council;

Kyrylo Budanov - Head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense;

Andriy Hnatov - Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces;

Oleh Ivashchenko - Chairman of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine;

Serhiy Kyslytsia - First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs;

Yevhen Ostryanskyi - First Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council;

Oleksandr Poklad - Deputy Chairman of the Security Service of Ukraine;

Oleksandr Bevz - Advisor to the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.

According to the decree, the head of the delegation is allowed to make changes to the composition of the Ukrainian delegation in agreement with Zelensky; to involve employees of state bodies, enterprises, institutions, organizations (in agreement with their leaders), scientific advisers, experts (with consent) in the work of the delegation.

In addition, Zelensky instructed the Cabinet of Ministers to financially support the work of the delegation.

Meanwhile, the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, Rustem Umerov, has already announced that consultations will begin in Switzerland in the coming days.

"We are starting consultations between high-ranking officials of Ukraine and the United States regarding possible parameters of a future peace agreement. Ukraine approaches this process with a clear understanding of its interests. This is another stage of dialogue that continues in recent days and which, above all, is designed to agree on a vision for further steps," he detailed.
