Observatory of Artificial Intelligence is being established in Azerbaijan

An Artificial Intelligence Observatory is being established in Azerbaijan to enhance economic competitiveness.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Report, this was announced by Azerbaijan's Deputy Minister of Economy Samad Bashirli at the opening of the Leadership and Innovation Center of Spain's IE University at ADA University.

According to him, the Ministry of Economy is signing a framework cooperation agreement regarding the establishment and development of the Artificial Intelligence Observatory on Competitiveness and Economic Transformation.

"The Observatory will bring together academia, government institutions, and business representatives to generate knowledge and support dialogue on issues of Azerbaijan's economic development. Its activities will focus on applied research in the areas of economic diversification, productivity and competitiveness enhancement, as well as international comparative studies."
