UAE intercepted 341 ballistic missiles since the start of Iran's attacks
Since the beginning of the escalation in the Middle East, UAE air defense systems have intercepted a total of 341 ballistic missiles, 15 cruise missiles, and 1,748 drones launched from Iran.
As reported by BAKU.WS, this was announced by the UAE Ministry of Defense on the social network X.
On March 21 alone, air defense forces intercepted 3 ballistic missiles and 8 unmanned aerial vehicles launched from Iran.
As a result of the attacks, two military service members were killed while on active duty. In addition, six civilians were killed — citizens of Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Palestine.
According to the ministry, 160 people sustained injuries of varying severity.
