Trump met with Musk due to internet outage in Iran
American leader Donald Trump held a conversation with entrepreneur and SpaceX founder Elon Musk, during which they discussed the issue of restoring internet connection in Iran.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to lenta.ru, White House press secretary Caroline Leavitt announced this during her speech. According to her, the topic of restoring internet access in Iran was raised in the conversation between Trump and Musk.
"As I understand it, he talked about this with Elon," Leavitt noted, commenting on the content of the conversation.
Earlier it became known that the internet was shut down throughout Iran amid large-scale protests. At the same time, the official authorities of the country did not report any intention to impose communication restrictions to suppress the ongoing demonstrations.
