US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has canceled grants to foreign countries totaling $215 million.

"Secretary Rubio continues to carefully review the State Department's foreign aid, canceling 139 useless grants totaling $215 million today," the department's message states.

According to the data, the projects were in Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Brazil, Great Britain, Lebanon, Mauritania, Moldova, Tunisia, and Uzbekistan.
