The price of Bitcoin and Ethereum demonstrated a sharp decline

The value of the first two cryptocurrencies by capitalization - Bitcoin and Ethereum (ETH) - is showing a decline of more than 10%.

This is evidenced by data from the Binance platform.

As of 19:05 Baku time, the Bitcoin rate was declining by 7.73% and was at the level of 68,719 dollars. The ETH rate was dropping by 7.43%, to 2,016 dollars.

By 19:23 Baku time, the Bitcoin rate accelerated its decline to 67,028 dollars (-10.62%), falling below 68,000 dollars for the first time since November 5, 2024. At the same time, the ETH rate was declining by 10.48%, to 1,958 dollars, falling below 2,000 dollars for the first time since May 8, 2025.

As of 19:32 Baku time, the value of Bitcoin accelerated its decline to 66,079 dollars (-10.72%), falling below 67,000 dollars for the first time since November 4, 2024. The value of ETH also accelerated its decline to 1,935 dollars (-11.18%).
