Representatives of the cultural community congratulated President Ilham Aliyev on Victory Day

Representatives of Azerbaijan's cultural community congratulated President Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of November 8 - Victory Day.

As reported by BAKU.WS, the congratulatory message states:

"Dear Mr. President,

November 8 - Victory Day has become a symbol of our people's struggle for the liberation of Azerbaijani lands from occupation, the restoration of the territorial integrity and sovereignty of our country, and the triumph of historical justice. On the occasion of this momentous day, we congratulate you, express our deep respect and immeasurable gratitude for the historic Victory that you have bestowed upon our people. The Victory achieved by you - the victorious Supreme Commander-in-Chief - became a triumph of national will, an embodiment of the struggle for a just cause, and the realization of a sense of justice. The 44-day Patriotic War will forever remain in the hearts of our people as a military, political, and diplomatic victory of Azerbaijan on a field where justice and injustice, mercy and violence, truth and falsehood converged.

The "Great Return" to Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur carried out under your leadership, and the construction and restoration work being conducted, are a vivid expression of our people's aspiration to create and build. The settlements, roads, airports, and other social and infrastructure facilities erected in a short period serve as a shining example of the development model of an independent Azerbaijan relying on its own strength, embodying the aspiration of a state that achieved victory in war toward peace, progress, and cultural revival.

The restoration of cultural heritage created by the Azerbaijani people over centuries and destroyed during the years of occupation, and the revival of the traditions of holding the "Kharybulbul" International Music Festival and Vagif Poetry Days, once again confirm that the Victory we achieved became a triumph of high culture, indomitable spirit, and spiritual values.

These processes, which are of great importance for cultural life, represent an expression of a victorious national identity based on historical memory, a reflection of statehood ideals in cultural codes, and evidence of the state's special attention to national and spiritual values. We express our deep gratitude for your support of efforts aimed at preserving and enriching the national and spiritual values of the Azerbaijani people,
